How can Stillness move?

Through all the drama and heartbreak of life, I almost forgot what is most important, what I truly care for.

Dance is born from Silence.

And movement enveloped by a stillness that is difficult to find adequate words for.

How can stillness move?

This practice is not for our minds.

(Yet it is)

And even more it is to be lived.

Momentarily or lasting, freeing us from a solely conceptual experience of life and dance and ourselves.

One that can touch and move us deeply. From which words may come, but may also stay silent.

Or simply felt, or done or un-done.

A practice that unites us through the forces that carry us, move, and do us...

Words carry weight. But not the weight we share, unless we let them fall with gravity like our limbs.

This dance isn't top down. The top drops.

It is resting and delivering, our minds, disires, and power back to ground and space.

Dance returned to source and timelessness.
