Life takes us down many paths. And thankfully, no matter how far we may have drifted from ourselves - there is always a way home.
But it’s a path we must choose.

This isn’t about becoming a “higher self” - a better, purer, or more perfect version of you.
It’s about meeting yourself exactly as you are. Right here. Right now. We begin where you are - in acceptance of what is.
PHILOSOPHY AND APPROACH

Our sensations aren´t random. They are shaped by the lives we´ve lived - by our experiences and our circumstances -even the stories we carry from generations before us.
We are deeply connected - to each other, and to life itself.​

Your body is your guide - honest, direct, and perceptive. It holds both the immediate experience (sometimes the pain of our Story) - as well as the inherent possibility for change. Its language is clear, yet can get muddled by logic and our rationale.
​
Our work? To find out who we are, right in the middle of it all. To give ourselves permission to be who we are already. And to take our place within this life - despite and beyond the pain we carry.

TRAUMA & SENSE OF SELF
When the body remembers - and the mind loses its ground
Trauma distorts our self-image.
It can blind us to who we truly are — and make us identify with fear, shame, or terror.
Often, we live with a sense of being “exiled” from our own body and our inner sense of safety.​
Without awareness anchored in the body, we lose our inner authority and our ability to act with clarity.​
This makes it difficult to sense, regulate, and understand what’s happening inside us.
Emotions like anger, disgust, or grief can turn inward — or be projected outward — in ways that don’t serve us.

But we can learn to come home again.

NATURE ; AN ALLY
Mirror, guide & space for healing
Nature is a steady and living part of my life and work. It helps us find peace, strength, clarity - and space.
Through eco-somatic practices and meditative nature experiences, we work with the five elements: Fire - Earth - Metal - Water - Wood
We use nature to:
• Mirror the inner landscapes
• Release tensions
​• Strengthen the connection to body and intuition
• Examine strengths and challenges
Time in nature, with the possibility to spend the night in shelters or tents (individually or in small groups of max. 6 people).
ART, MOVEMENT & IMAGINATION
The body speaks - through dance, creation and curiosity ​
Creative expression opens us to new insights.
Through art and movement, we encounter parts of ourselves that cannot be explained in words.
